I have a SIP trunk terminated on UCM 6204 with 10 channels & 100 DID. Everything is working fine and I am receiving the caller id as well. But my issue is all my calls coming to other DID's land on my primary number destination.
I created an incoming rule in Grandstream for one of my DID with the exact number as a pattern and routed it to an extension. It worked fine. When I pass it through a VOIP trunk to 3cx the calls are diverted to the primary number. What I need is to route the calls to different extensions on 3cx based on the trunk ID (the number to which the caller is calling).
Thanks in Advance
My Current Config
I currently have two SIP trunks configured on Grandstream. One for the service provider and one for trunk to 3cx. For the service provider trunk, I had created an inbound rule with _X. as CID pattern which is routed to an external number pattern. The pattern is matched to an outbound rule to the SIP trunk for 3cx. 3cx has a SIP trunk that is connected to Grandstream which receives an incoming. Granstream trunk for SIP has DOD configured with external number pattern bind to extension
