We are currently running Grandstream 2000's connected to a commercial edition of 3cx and connected to the outside world via a Grandstream 4104.
The system works well most of time..every now and a gain the box will stop working. It wont let anybody get an outside line or receive any incoming calls.
A simple reset (turn on and off) fixes it for a few hours and then same again.
The 4104 is running the latest firmware and call quality is fine when working.
Has anybody expereinced similiar issues or know what the problem could be?
Any help/comments would be much appreciated.
