Greeting does not play when connecting to VoiceMail

How do I get the greeting to work? I recoreded it on my voicemail. Is there a switch that I'm missing?

Also, the self identification message does not play durring dial by name function.

Hi

please ensure you are doing the following:

Dial 999

enter pincode then #

press 9 for otions

press 8 to record..

Thanks I followed that proceedure to record the greeting.

Unfortuantly I had to create a new extention for the greeting to work correctly. I had changed some extension numbers after the initial setup.

Its working now,
