When I define a holiday at the group level, I cannot find anywhere to set the prompt. I need a different prompt to play at a group level, rather than the global holiday.
I would also like to be able to control the IVR so it does not allow input for one group. This is a scheduling group, and we do not want people to leave messages believing they have an appointment when they do not.
