Group permissions

Hi

I have a strange issue whereby i have a number of extensions in a group with a couple that has manager rights and the rest user rights.


the problem i have is whatever changes i make to the user the user rights,affects the managers as well. so if i remove users permissions to barge in,listen ect. the managers are no longer able to do so either.

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
Also are the users members of multiple groups or a single group?

Users are only part of this one group

Are doing the changes from the Groups tab or from the extensions Rights tab? Do the manager rights get deselected?

I am making the changes on the groups tab.

manager rights do not change at all.

I cannot replicate the issue is SP6 so i would recommend upgrading to the latest version and see if you still face the issue there.
