Solved Group Rings One Extenstion only from a certain number

We have a customer that has a group of 4 users 3 are yealink dect handsets and 1 algo speaker when a certain external number rings in only rings the algo speaker any other external number calling is fine

Just to remove some scenarios:
How is the group set up in 3CX (Ring Group, Call Queue, Paging, or something else)?
Is the Algo speaker configured as a paging/intercom device or as a standard extension?
The non-ringing extensions, do they have any exceptions configured in their Call Forwarding?

You may have to up your logging to verbose and check or run a wireshark.

if i change the group to prioritised and call from the specific number it flashes ext 100 101 102 very quickly then stays on 103 the algo as if some kind of forward

Hi,

(Side question first, if the extensions 100 - 102 are logged in to the web client, do they ring there?)

If you log in to the dect base's own admin, can you check if it has it's own Block list?

If you are not sure how to do this, you can factory reset the DECT base and handsets, and re-provision, to bring them to a known clean state.

I agree, it sounds someone added the number in the blocklist of the DECT.
Take one of your DECT handsets and check the blocklist here real quick:

Settings > Telephony > Blocklist
