Group rule Policy

Hello Guys,
I've 3CX with the version 18.0 (Build 965), I've faced with error couldn't find any answer in 3CX forums.
the problem is when all user have no groups they can call each other with any problem. as soon as i put them in their group, they couldn't call and the phone give forbidden answer away to their phone.
it means that with no group they can call, with appropriate group their call denied each other.

I appreciate answer my question.

Check your outbound rules for any filtering relating to groups.
