Yes, that would apply to a chat queue. However, this is a group text sent to an individual user with a DID and SMS enabled.Let's say for example that you are receiving an incoming chat to a queue with a Ring All strategy. In other words this is a group chat and all agents will receive the chat. The agent that will select to Take Over he is the one that will continue the conversation without other agents being notified.
What do you want to see specifically? The Voxtelesys DID config? The 3CX user config? Inbound rules? Can you please show me your configuration with screenshots(ensure that sensitive information is hidden)?
I don't see SMS Routing under the system owners extension. Are you talking about in SIP Trunks and then the SMS tab?The sms routing configuration in the System Owner extension.
You may also check guideline below:

SMS is configured per the guide you sent. So I'm still not sure what config you need to see. This is regarding the change for the SMS configuration from the management console to the web client.
Please check and let me know the routing.
Yes of course. Otherwise he wouldn't get any texts at all to his DID.In the DID numbers is it assigned to an extension?
We have SMS enabled for the main office number which goes to a specific queue. That is working fine. Then this individual user has his own DID with SMS enabled on the Voxtelesys side. According to the techdoc you sent earlier. Update 6 and above SMS is enabled by default on the 3CX system if the carrier supports it.So the SMS is also sent to other extensions?

Correct. So there is no longer a System Owners SMS config then right? It is enabled for all the extensions. Meaning that previously you needed to enable the SMS option for all the extensions. Now it is enabled by default for all the extensions.
