Does 3CX have the ability to setup a personalized group voicemail yet?, if not what is the best workaround for it?

Without defining what you consider 'personalized group voicemail' or what you are trying to accomplish or how you would like it to be displayed it's hard to say. If you want something that lights up MWI on all phones it's not achievable in stock 3CX without doing something with custom templates otherwise configuring a 2nd account on call phones. The easiest thing to do is make a group voicemail extension and then use voicemail to email to send an email to a distribution list. There's also voicemail capability for a ring group that has no greeting but will send an email to all ring group members.

I concur with Cobaltit. In the past I have manually created a second account in the physical phone that points to the group voicemail extension... although I hear that 3CX now automatically reprovisions the phone from time to time and that may wipe out your 2nd account? I can't confirm.

Voicemail to Email is the only option currently built-in to 3CX for group voicemail.

I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool which can turn on the MWI light for all members of the group. It also provides voicemail escalation and other features you may find useful.
