First a fault: When adding members to a Group, if you search for 123 to find all the extensions 1230 to 1239, if you select them and then search again for 124 to find all the extensions 1240-1249 and select extension 1245 and click OK, it only adds extension 1245, it drops the others selected.
This used to work before update 6. If you page on it works, you can select, page on, select and when you click OK it against them all.
Another example if you search for "Jason", click on Jason's extension, then search for "Peter" and click on Peter's extension and click on OK, it will only add Peter.
The only way now is to click on Add, search, select the extension, click on OK, click Add again, search, select the extension, click OK, repeat. This is really painful, in version 5 (and before) you could click Add, search, select, search again, select, search again, select and click OK and it would add everyone you selected. The same happens when adding people to Queues.
Second fault, well more of a request (please don't ask me to submit as a idea)..... Why doesn't Groups have search box. We have 6 pages of Groups, it would be much easier if there was a search option like on the Queues and IVR screens.
