GRP2613 Not Provisioning

First time setup with these
Firmware is to the minimum 3CX wants
Factory reset twice
Rebooted twice

will not take. Shows in the phone menu and behind my SBC and is assigned. Will not provision

See in the phone UI, is the URL appearing?

And most importantly, can you download the config file using a PC that is on the exact same subnet/VLAN as the phones? There may be something blocking you.

Yes it actually does appear. It works on STUN which I don’t really want but I’ll take it. I’ve setup plenty of devices in our lab for deployment. So we know there isn’t anything blocking it.
