GRP2615 Randomly shows no account

Hi, I have an issue with GRP2615 phone randomly unregistered from 3CX and shows no account on phone display. Some of the phone is registered with SBVC and some is Direct STUN connection. Does anyone have similar problem? Do they have a solution to fix?

• 3CX Version, standard Annual 18.0 (Build 965
• Server OS, Debian 9
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted in AWS
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Grandstream GRP2613, GRP 2615 (current version 1.0.7.33)
• Provisioning Method: STUN
• Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model: iBoss Australia
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Ok losing registration on STUN phones is very common (they come and go).

You should consider installing a 3CX SBC or perform all the necessary changes to accomodate for STUN.
