GRP26XX Remote Phonebook

Hi,

Just starting using the 3CX platform, moving away from the Grandstream UCM.

Is there a guide/config for the GRP26xx range phone to download the contacts. I have tried it with a Yealink T40G, and this works straight out of the box.

Hi,

We automatically provision the Company Contacts on the GRP series (supported models only).

The phone will not immediately download them after provisioning, It will take a bit of time and it will automatically download it.

You can also go to Local Contacts on the phone and click Download if you want to see it immediately.

Hi John,

I did take a look at the supported models list and found that the contact will only download if the first & last name was entered. The list I uploaded contained entries without these entered. The GRP2612P i'm using did then show the contacts.
