GSM adapter for Cloud solution

Can I install gsm adapter on google 3cx cloud system? SBC, other solution or not solution?

To stay within the realms of 3CX official support, I suggest you use a beroNet GSM gateway:

It is the only one of its kind supported by 3CX:

There are variants of PCI cards available from them also.

Thank you for the information, I would actually be interested to see if the 3CX cloud version works with a GSM adapter installed on site? Can I establish a connection on SBC or other?

The only way you could do this is to setup a gateway onsite, use a software PfSense firewall from your remote cloud system and setup a VPN connection between the sites (IPSec LAN >> LAN).
