GVC3200 video call and webconference issues

I have gvc 3200 and is authenticated on 3CX v16 but I am unable to establish video call and access webconference via chrome. does anyone had this issue ?

Webconference only works on PC using Webmeeting.

You can dial-in for audio but not video.

The video call is between the GVC 3200 and PC, I wan troobleshoting and I see that 3CX doesnt support
H.264 video codec that is the one supported on GVC 3200

Actually, 3CX supports H.264 but only between endpoints. Videocalling to a PC, whether to webclient or Windows client, won't work.

That is my point I will not be able to establish video call between 3CX endpoints (Windows, Android, Mac and IOS) and GVC3200. or there is a way to have H.264 on 3CX endPoints (Windows, Android, Mac and IOS)

Not yet. Mobile app is in work right now.

As for desktop clients, those are about to be deprecated in favor of the webclient.

I have no idea what codecs the webclient supports tho.

If you want videocall, call between deskphones only (between GVC and a GXV for example).
