GXP 2160 using DHCP option 2, how to disable it in a custom Template

I have a client with 6 GrandStream GXP2160 phones. There IT Managed router is kicking out DHCP option 2, (verified via wireshark) They have been unable/unwilling to disable it on the Router.
I can manually disable it on the Grandstream phones through the web GUI but it resets when the phone is rebooted.

If you are using 3CX hosted you won't have access to custom templates.

Only option is to remove the provisioning URL from the phone.

You can either

a) find a way to disable it on the router (don't give up yet )

b) change the timezone on the router, so it even if it will override NTP, it will still show the correct time

c) use custom templates and disable option 2 manually (not the best option, use it as a last resort)
