Why the Grandstream is set to fixed (especially when it is supposed to be adaptive by default) and the Yealink is set to adaptive is a question for 3CX.

On this point, the recommendation to set the buffer to fixed came from the manufacturer. We are currently investigating further as we speak. Thank you for your feedback, we will consider it in upcoming template updates
