GXP Firmware downgrade

We have received new GXP 1628 stock with Fw version 1.0.7.17. FW downgrade is not supported in this version.
3CX website has supported FW version as 1.0.7.13.
Will this cause any issue after deployment

Hi Ahmed,

We do not know - this version has not been tested with 3CX so it may be ok, or it may have problems.

We will also inform them from our end, but since you are also a Grandstream customer we recommend that you inform Grandstream about this because they have not provided 3CX with any newer firmware for this series yet.
