There is a delay in dialling and receiving calls.

Many of the users are complaining when they receive the call there is a delay.

Could anyone help me to solve this issue

Do you have huge phonebook on 3CX ?
If so, as 1625 are first price phones, with no strong hardware, this is why they become slow
