I recently noticed that about 5 out of 8 of my GXP1760Ws keep freezing with the more recent versions of 3CX.
Its always the same 5 phones.
When the phones freeze they drop off the network, they no longer respond to ARP or ICMP. The phones don't respond to pressing buttons on the phone it self. Rebooting the phones by pulling the power cord will get them to work for a few hours.
On Friday, downloaded the new GXP phone template 3cx update, then I went around the building and factory reset the affected phones. Updated the phones to the latest firmware and then re-provisioned the phones. A few hours later I started getting emails from my network monitoring system, all the phones I had reset all went off line in the order I had reset them over the course of an hour. All the phones are were still frozen when I came to work this morning.
GXP1760W firmware version: 1.0.1.98
