GXP2100 speakerphone

Hi All!

I have wierd problem with GXP2100. Answering a call using handset automaticaly activates speakerphone.
This only happens if I call other party using 3CX numbering plan, if I use direct IP call (bypassing 3CX) answering with handset is normal.

Is there anything I can configure to change this behaviour?
