Hi team,
We'll want to create a 3CX system for a small location that handles 10 analog phones, after researching we noticed that we could a Grand Stream GXW4248 ATA since it can support up to 48 analog devices and it's fully supported by 3CX. We used a router main phone to properly connect this device, nevertheless, I've some questions that maybe you can help me with:
1) How the ATA do the call routing?, example, i have those 10 extensions: 101 105 110 125 130 140 141 142 143 144, should I plug them in by order? first port will be 101, 2nd port 105 and so on?
2) We will have a main 100 ext. that I want to be reached if 0 is dialed from any of the analog phones, how can I do this? I created the following outbound rule as example for testing:

I see that actually it's dialing the 100 ext. I'm trying to reach but it is giving me an internal server error and call is being dropped.

Do you have any suggestion or a better idea to make this work?
Thanks always for all your kind support!
Best,
Anthony
