Solved GXW4501 PRI with 3cx

I have GXW4501 Grandstream E1/T1 i try to configure sip trunk as a peer trunk but still not active , there are any manual or configuration steps to configure both systems?.

You are setting this up as a Bridge trunk, between two 3CX installations?

this issue has been solved by enable heartbeat in grandstream sip trunk
