H323 MCU and 3CX Conferencing

Ok.. Here is a tough one.......

Here it goes.. We have a Video Conference System including a MCU that is based on H323.
What I want to do is setup a 3CX Conference and Join the H323 Video Conference (Audio Only)
So in effect I would have maybe 3 H.323 Video Conference Units and the 3CX Conference all on one call...

Anybody ever tried something like that?
Anybody got a better idea?

Another item I would like to accomplish is just setting up the H323 Systems as a SIP Extension.
Maybe using YATE or something like that..

Love some input on anyone else who has setup anything along those lines.
