Below is the information that we can send to 3CX:



We are attempting to make a call transfer of an active call from agent to agent in Halo ITSM using the Call Control API by following the below steps:

1. We are making a GET request to get the agents active calls via https://3cx.co.za/callcontrol/1002/participants and receive the below response:

1. The transfer request is made to https://3cx.co.za/callcontrol/1002/participants/120/transfer with the following body:

The following response is received:


Getting 422 error on this seems something is disabled. Currently testing this and done the DEV work onm this as well so could it be license related?
