Good day,
Faced such a problem, when a call comes to the internal number, the call comes to both the ip phone and the 3x mobile application, when you hang up in the mobile application, the call still continues to come to the ip phone. Maybe someone faced this problem ?? Thanks in advance.

It's not a problem, that's SIP Forking and by design.

The forking is that the call comes to the IP phone and to the mobile application at the same time, why does the call continue to come to the IP phone when I hang up in the mobile application?

Because this is the behavior of forking, in order for the incoming call to be rejected, it needs to be rejected by all registered Endpoints to the ringing extension.

Or directly sent to voicemail via the DesktopApp/Webclient button to do so.
