Is there a list available of all headsets or USB handsets supported by the Softphone?

How difficult would it be to add more hardware (specific instance is Polycom CX200 and CX300 USB handsets)?

With Plantronics support - is all hardware that is managed by Spokes software supported or have a good chance of working?

Hey there,

You may find all of the 3CX Supported Hardware at www.3cx.com/support, The supported headsets are currently Plantronics Voyager Legend, Blackwire, Savi 7x.

Unfortunately we cannot be sure that any of the devices using spokes will work or may have a good chance of working.
We suggest using any of the devices listed on www.3cx.com/support , in case that you have any of the other devices you may try using them.

So is Plantronics the only devices supported? Has Jabra been dropped?

Yes officially we can only support the listed Plantronic devices,nevertheless you are free to use any device at your own risk.
