I'm trying to make Attended Transfers work.
So far no success.

Any information will be appriciated.

Provide link to product and if possible manual.

We here in AU have been able to make the Dialogic cards work and transfer (well a partner of mine did anyway).

I'm a C++ developer and I'm using Intel Dialogic HMP 3.0 with Global Call API.
We are an Australian company MESSAGEmanager Solutions http://www.mmanager.com.
One of our products is a VoiceXML server which integrates with various Analog, ISDN or IP PBX's.
Currently I'm trying to work with 3CX PBX using above mentions API and Dialogic Service.
Registration and blind trasfers work fine, but when I try make a Supervised ( Attended) transfer 3CX PBX logs the following error "Cannot build transfer target by DBCfg".

To make an Attended transfer I make following steps:
1. Register with 3CX pbx.
2. Receive a call from a soft phone(1) through 3CX.
3. Make a new call through 3CX BPX to a soft phone (2)
4. Attempt to make a Transfer, but get the above mentioned error logged in 3CX Server status page.
5. Both calls get a SIP 603 message that the transfer declined.

Any information will be appreciated.

thank you

Hi,

Thanks for your explanation. Can you post more of the log entries pertaining to the transfer? Also could you make a capture so we could review it? Please email it to ng [at] 3cx.com
