Hello,
I recently experienced the server error bug multiple people have posted about. The "fix" was to restart the servers. I was testing a new install with a client. This client could not call out when this occurred. The client almost cancelled the test of the system. I received emails from bvoip about the issue. I also spoke with ABP. Both said they were in talks with 3CX about the problem. Neither one has had an update from 3CX. I looked through this forum and it appears the issue was related to a debian upgrade of postgres. Does anyone know if the recently released SP6 solves this issue and if it was a debian problem? If this occurs again I will loose this client and it is my biggest client so far. I was told by ABP to reboot the servers biweekly until they hear from 3CX. I need to know beyond a shadow of a doubt for this client that this has been solved in SP6.
I received this error on the client: DBProvPostgress.cpp(1650): LOAD IDs FAILED:announcement
I am on 15.5 SP5.
