Have v18 no new update

we have 18.0 (Build 31) hosted in our office, but as checking now, we do not have update offered.

Can you share more info, and what to check?

Regarding your question, is the v18 system installed on a Windows OS?

Yes it is.

Than you need to backup and restore. On Windows you cant update over the gui.
