having an issue with 3cx app phone from cellphone

so I'm using a Samsung android s8 and downloading phone app from google store for 3cx
everything works ok until I found out the past couple of weeks, having some issues with sounds that I couldn't hear nothing
especially when I try to press *777 I barely heard my playback voice, so does anybody have an issue with it???

Hi @tspjoker

If you provision your account to a different cell phone do you have the same issue? Try to replicate from a different device using the same extension and if possible the same network. That should help narrow things down.
