Having issues with Firewall

Hello,
From last few days I'm having issues with registering with remote 3cx phone clients. I looked back on the firewall test on 3cx Console and got some fault. I looked into my MikroTik firewall and couldn't identify the problems. Can anyone help me here?

My router is configured with Failover using 2 ISPs (as in the image above). So 3CX was dynamic. But as it was not working so I configured 3CX as static with the ISP1 which is currently running. But still not working.

Can someone help me find what is wrong here?

Firstly please follow this guide, you need to disable SIP ALG and configure you firewall and port forwarding correctly. https://www.3cx.com/docs/mikrotik-firewall-configuration/

Also what type of NAT are you using? You should be using full feature/1-1 NAT mapping for 3CX.

I've already tried. But doesn't seem to work
