Headphone Set Won't Work With 3CX Phone System

My C-Media USB Headphone Set doesn't work with 3CX Phone System but works perfectly well with other programs such as Skype and Windows Media Player.

Why is that?

I am guessing you mean the 3cx phone for windows and not the 3cx phone system (PBX)?

Have you tried going into the advance settings on your profile and changing it.

When you say it doesnt work, are you not getting any audio nor sending? what eactly ishappening when you try to use the headset?

Assuming you are talking about the Windows 3CX Phone, make sure that it has exclusive use of the Audio devices, check under the settings and make sure that you specified correctly the sound devices to use.
