Headset gives me dial tone when I hang up.

A few weeks ago I had to upgrade the software for 3cx and on my yealink T58 phone. Since the upgrade when I press the button on my Jabra headset to hang up from a call, I automatically get a dial tone again instead of it just hanging up. I’ve been looking in the settings and can’t seem to find the option to not give me the dial tones when I Hang up the call. Any help is appreciated.

Log in the T58, go to Settings > Tones > Select Country and check if your Country is selected.
