Headset questions, what to pick.. caller info on dock..

Hey,

I need a solution that allows me to see on the headset's dock who is calling.
Therefore I tried the wh66 but that was an epic fail.

Is there a headset with a dock that allows me to see caller information.

For who want to know why i dont watch my screen when someone is calling.
me and our customers all work in a RDS, so we have the webclient open communicating with the local 3cx client.

I'm afraid there is no 3CX Supported headset that would also show caller information. We do support Yealink headsets but only for the functionality mentioned in our blog post here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v18-update1-beta2/

Thank you for your replay, i got the wh66 but this headset is the worst i ever had.. replaced it with a 3 euro ali expres one and that has better audio then the yealink.
