Solved HELP: FORBIDDEN EXTERNAL CALLS

Some reason I keep getting the message call forbidden when trying to make external call. Attached is the log. Thanks in advance

Check if everything is ok from the trunk provider side. It appears they choose to reject the call (can be due to accounting reasons, or other restriction from the provider?)

0780 is a mobile prefix, in the UK, which is usually a premium charge. Calls to mobiles may be blocked by default, or a call to that particular mobile number may be priced higher than normal, and may require prior approval from you, before that call can proceed.

Thanks guys. It was the trunk provider blocking calls.

Glad to hear the cause was confirmed. You should be able to sort this via your provider then
