Help - Getting Snom to Music on Hold

Hi,

I am tring to get my Snom 360's to play music while on hold. I think I may be missing something. I have pointed the Snom's Music on Hold to the IP on the 3CX Server but I gat nothing but silence.

Any pointers on this and I would most greatful.

You shouldn't point snom to anywhere. Music on hold will be played by media server just to its audio stream.
