Hello all,
Im having trouble trying to figure out how to configure the inbound call route for a POTS line.

Heres my 3cx setup :
1 3cx server running v8
2 sap 3102 gateways
6 SPA 941

Im able to make call to extensions and outside the office, but im stuck on figuring out how to configure the inbound call route.
I have 2 pots lines in the office. Do I use my actual phone numbers as the DID's. I have looked to see if the calls are actually coming into the SPA 3102 and it is, i can see on the VOICE --> info page of the sap 3102 that calls are coming in but not being transferred to the reception area.

Another thing what is the recommended voltage for a PSTN line???

Please Help I would like to get this done before Thanksgiving

I don't know, what a pots line is. Is this a "normal" phoneline? ISDN?
What did you see in the 3CX log?

POTS is a normal/regular telephone line. Any suggestions
