Help Needed - Message Waiting Lamp - Cisco 7940

Hi Guys,

Can anyone confirm if this works using 3CX? Im currently using the free version which obviously doesnt but i want to be sure before purchasing the paid version.

This feature can be tested using the demo key, the one you were emailed after you downloaded 3CX.

Thanks for that, one quick question though, once the demo has expired am i going to hit trouble getting back to the free version or do i just remove the key from the control panel?

Right ive got the trial running now but ive not got a Message Lamp, anyone else manage to get this working on these phones?

Hi
If you mean the red Led on the handset, then yes we have 6 Cisco 7940G's, and if a message is waiting the red Led lights up. I hope this helps.
