Help needed Please

Hi everyone,

We have been trying to implement a solution as follows but are struyggling with how we can utilise 3CX to best achieve this.

The scenario is that we want to be able to call multiple phones simultaneously and upon answer everyone would hear an voice message asking them to call into a conference.

Any ideas on how this can be achieved would be most welcome.

You should look at using the CFD to achieve this. Page phones, play a message.

I agree, the 3CX Call Flow Designer should give you the behavior you're looking for.

If I'm not mistaken you would need something similar to the following:

Where extension 300 was used, you would probably need to use a Ring Group.
