Not unless you give more detail, no.

The ip is showing as 0.0.0.0

That means the phone IP was not resolved and therefore you have network routing problems....

Where is the call routed too?

Like mentioned looks like a NAT issue.

Make sure that you have a stun available and that your termination IP is known.
