Solved Help with upgrading

HI. I have a system which we deactivated the upgrade when the app was being compromised. I paid for a license late last year, but it didn't activate because it looks like the system wasn't upgrading. I'm stuck between both things I can't upgrade to active the key or activate the key to upgrade. I have it hosted in light sail. I don't want to reinstall the process for light sale has been made more complicated! Can anyone help with this please?
