Solved Hi all I tried everything to make the 3cx Live chat clickable to chat work with my wix website

Hy i have tried every this line adding https://www.********.com-br.filesusr.com when inserting url of my website . But still the chat is not clickable.

Are you pointing the chat to a 3CX PBX queue or extension, or are you using the standalone chat?

The Website URL must be the public URL your website is located at. Not the CDN of Wix.

You need to add both wix's cdn AND your website's FQDN I believe.

This is the error i am getting in developer tool.
So you mean i have to add website url without filesusr ?

First of all add the full FQDN of your website. Then check the browser console and you will see which URL of Wix is being blocked and add that too. Separate URLS in 3CX with a ";".

While I do not know what you can or can not do using wix, cross origin resource sharing is the issue if you can try downloading the files from the code generator and place them on your site. if that is not an option for you you may look into fixing the cross origin resource sharing problem

Thank you for finding time @NickD_3CX . Yeah i made it work . But currently i am facing another issue.When i only choose the option "Phone only" option (Phone only with Chat and video call is working fine) It give me this error.
An embedded page at www.mydomain-com.filesusr.com says that Allow microphone access from your browser
