Is there any way to make the BLF not show red when we are spying on the workers? It's pretty obvious when both the agent and the manager's lights are both red what is going on.

Yes we have the disclaimer when people call in.

You can setup the manager with a second extension just for monitoring (not included in employee BLF list), then utilize the hot-desking feature to allow them to quickly and easily switch back and forth between the two.
