Hide Chatbox when live chat window popup is open

Hi,

I have a problem hiding the live chat box from showing when it's been clicked and the pop-up window has been opened, I want the chat box to go away so that the user doesn’t open 2 live chat sessions. how do I reach that solution? I tried so hard with javascript and CSS but nothing worked. Best regards

Hi @OmarKhabeer,

As the Live Chat box is a pop out box, meaning the bubble is still active after the user reloads the original page (for example) there isn't a simple way to get this done that is native to the 3CX Live Chat app.
