Hide icon/chatbox and show by trigger?

Hi,

I'm setting up the livechat for a client and he wants the bubble icon to be hidden by default. When people click on a link in the menu, he wants the speech bubble to show up.
I think I need some kind of ID trigger to do this, but I can't get it to work.

Has anyone already done this? Thanks in advance!

This is not something that we natively offer. You can try to use the HTML code generator and writing a script to launch when the link is clicked, it but it's not been tested and I can't tell you if it'll work.
