Hide users on 3CX Windows app Team board?

I am looking for a way to hide accounts on the Team board. I have some dummy accounts that are used for forwarding and I don't want them taking up space and having non-admins seeing them. Is there any way to hide these?

Hello,

You can try disabling the "Show unregistered extensions" option under Settings > View. This will remove all unregistered extensions from being shown in the presence. Note that the option can be toggled per extension, it's not a system-wide option.

This might be a different question altogether...What is the best way to create dummy accounts that only forward to users' cell phones? They are remote, use company cell phones and numbers and don't want to move into 3CX. But I want to give the rest of the team an easy method for calling them from the 3CX Windows/iOS/Android apps?

Instead of forwarding via dummy extensions, you can try using the "Ring my mobile simultaneously" option for these users.

That works. But when it comes to channels, I know that counts as two towards the limit that you have purchased (SIPTRUNK). Once the call is answered on the cell, does it only count as one channel being in use?
