Hi
We have 256 channel, pro edition, v15.5.6354.2. If incoming call number exceed 40 simultaneously, CPU usage increases to 95%, and this causes voice prompt interruptions. Does anyone encounter such a issue before?

Thanks

What spec is the server ?

What version of 3CX - Windows or Linux , is it virtualized ?

is it a virtual machine or physical server?
Are you recording phone calls?
try to check your disk performance when the cpu spikes up to 95% - been in scenario where slow IO on disk caused high CPU usage. try to see what is your disk queue value when the cpu is running high...

I'd like to suggest that you run the following benchmarking tool on your server (Outside of working hours of course).

http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/

It'll tell you in a nutshell how well most components on your machine are running thus helping you identify whether this is a hardware issue or not.

I checked the disk performance when using the high cpu as %90. TcxQmSrv was using %50 cpu and 3cxMediaServer was using %20 cpu and addition TcxQmSrc.exe had 50000 treads. When I restart the 3cx services , all things are getting normally. Our system is complicated. It have complex query , we check some feature from crm and according the return value IVR anonce a voice for every calls. When call numbers 60+, our system uses high cpu.
