High usage CPU since upgrade to 16.01.273 ?

hi,
i'm using 3CX Express deployed on OVH cloud instance (Debian 9)
it seems that since upgrade to 16.0.1.273 i have a continuous high usage for CPU. (SIP server taking 20%)
and ramdomly memory and CPU overused (causing a necessary reboot, or downtime for the Dashboard Management console access)

Is someone meeting the same issue since upgrade to 16 version ?
