Hold Music - Parking Works - On Hold does not

HI All,

Im looking at an issue where when a caller is put on hold no MOH is heard.
If the call is parked then the hold music works ok.

I have confirmed the global on hold music is set to the default.



What else should i be looking at.

If i download it, it plays fine on my PC.
I have done a full reboot of the pbx to no avail.

Are you placing call on hold from and ip phone or the web client?
Have you tried both? If so what is the outcome?

Does the issue exist with internal calls or only external calls?

Have you tried using another wav file with 3cx format for MOH to check if you get same behavior ?
